Kavenagh Legal was formed in November 2016.
Tim Kavenagh was formerly a principal with Hunt & Humphry after spending 5 years as in house counsel in two mining companies.
Tim has been recognised as a leading resources and native title lawyer. He is a past State Branch president and board member of AMPLA – The Resources and Energy Law Association.
Kavenagh Legal is a small operation with an extensive knowledge of the Western Australian Mining Act 1978 and Mining Regulations 1991, native title and mining in Western Australia generally. Tim can provide cost effective advice both in front end mining matters and any litigation. Tim has appeared as counsel in many Mining Warden’s Court matters, Supreme Court and Federal Court matters.
