Tim Kavenagh was formerly a principal with Hunt & Humphry after spending 5 years as in house counsel in two mining companies.
Tim has been recognised as a leading resources and native title lawyer. He is a past State Branch president and board member of AMPLA – The Resources and Energy Law Association and is an active member of the Western Australian State Committee.
Kavenagh Legal is a small operation with an extensive knowledge of the Western Australian Mining Act 1978 and Mining Regulations 1991, native title and mining in Western Australia generally.
